the Petara pictured is the third Petara built 2005. Very similar to the second Petara built 2002 designed by Dubois and built at the same Turkish yard. The third Petara has additional 6m LOA and tender garage at the stern. I tell them apart by the styling in the region of the mast which is improved on the latest version.

The second Petara was sold this year and renamed ONLY 4 YOU. Has she been sold again so soon?

The first Petara was built 1992 Kees Cornelissen, Netherlands as ANTHEA P.A. and designed by Richard Hein. sold and renamed VA BENE.

LIBRA is indeed LIBRA Y

The Perini i do not recall the name

Thanks for clearing that up guys. Don't know why Dubois left PETARA off their gallery page. Oh well.

techmati, if you would like any additional photos of yachts in greece, i have lots. We keep our yacht in flisvos and i have quite a few pics of all the yachts in there. I have some from Zeas, Mykonos, Hydra etc... too. I just cant b @rsed to resize them! so if you would like me to email u them - then i can (will select a few). My photography might not b up to yours, but u never know! one out of a couple of hundred may be good!!???

PS - these photos of Flisvos are incredible. Some of the yachts that have passed through Flisvos are awesome. Our Capt, is v keen on yacht spotting too and he has some nice pics. Ill get hold of them when i next make it onboard!

PPS - the pics on your website are (some of) the best around. i hope/trust everyone has checked the site out.

Thought so Banneberg always makes me happy; there's a kind of aura about em that almost every other design lacks. (my humble opinion of course..)

Nice rib b.t.w. om her starboard side; any details about that?

ALFA FOUR has stern garage so i guess she would fit in there, probably not though. Looks like they didnt take her on the latest cruise.

the first PETARA now VA BENE showed up at Zeas today. unfortunately it started to rain when i arrived so only quick pics

That's right Will, I totally forgot this Petara...

About Alfa Flash, I don't think that she's stored on board. Now more and more yachts have a main tender which follows them when they stay a long time in a part of the World.

For example the Benetti StarFire has a Starlet which follows her this summer on the Riviera (see picture).
