Hi,

I was there all day today and spent a lot of time sitting on the aft deck of 3 different boats over 50m for sale with industry colleagues.

According to these people there seemed to be a lot of tire kickers and no one making serious offers even though one boat I was on had recently had an offer of 1/2 it's asking price accepted then the bidder couldn't stump up the cash.

The show was not as busy as I have seen it previously as far as bodies on the dock goes, I even manged to stumble across my wife after being to her booth three times with no success.

Got a few pics from the Show on Friday. Was in awe most of the time looking at these fine engineering marvels, so pics are on the short side, but some pics none the less. Hope you enjoy the pics. Thats all from me from Europe this year, hopefully next year Ill get to make it to the Fort Lauderdale show, so until then, its back to rainy Melbourne.

Managed to spot AlfaNero docked off the coast, swimming pool open and ready!

Wow, thanks for the photos Nilo.
It sure seems like the place to be!
So much to comment on but one thing that I'm curious about...
I see several bow lines into the water but the anchors not deployed. What is this set-up? Are they tied onto buoys that are "scoped out" and underwater?

'Gotta get there some year!
