ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems – a company of ThyssenKrupp Technologies – has signed an order for another luxury yacht, putting the group order log for Mega-Yachts up to eight new building contracts.

This new yacht, designated Blohm & Voss hull no. 971, is designed by Michael Leach Design Ltd., London who is responsible for the outside styling and the interior design. The delivery of this yacht, which will be constructed completely in Hamburg, will be in 2009.

Like any other yacht contract of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems further details of the contract will be kept strictly confidential. The contracting of this yacht underlines the top position of ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems in the segment of most challenging yachts.
