i have a 1997 bertram 60 with pipe welders outriggers on it ,iam looking for any parts to these riggers since they have changed to diffrent collars an such, any help out there?

I have a set of rigger hardware off a 46' older Bertram - but not the actual outriggers. If you will give me few dimensions I'll see if they are the same. What is the OD of the collars?

Pipewelders has a TON of their old riggers in different shapes and sizes (used) sitting on the side of one of their buildings. You should be able to go there and find what you're looking for. Or, try giving them a call.
