Fast-Antique was an old Benetti that was cut in half n' stretched and then stretched again. How the heck it ever made it over the Atlantic in one piece, I have no idea.
She managed to over-heat one engine on a quick trip from Antibes to Sardinia. The very ginger engineer (an old mate) came over and raided my spare parts box to get the sucker running again, it wasn't pretty but we got it working.
All I can say is I hope it's a pile of scrap somewhere
