New Launch: Benetti 60-meter "Amnesia"
It's hard to believe that Benetti shipyard is preparing to celebrate the delivery of the new 60m, FB245, the third yacht to be commissioned by the same ship owner, at the prefabrication factory of the same Business Unit in Livorno the first blocks of the future Amnesia, FB252, are already under way and being built. In the meantime the preparations for the delivery are raging, totally adhering to the times dictated two years ago by the ship owner, and on Saturday 9th February the launch of FB245 took place.
FB245 was begot from the collaboration between Benetti, which entirely developed the external shape and the English studio, Redman Whiteley and Dixon which handled the indoors section. Aware of the success of the boat which came before, the new Amnesia was able to go still further without losing sight of the precious hereditary bestowed upon it. The outcome is a modern and sophisticated design, embellished by excellent finishing touches and elegant details which make this boat another unique piece of the Benetti fleet.
