Hi,

I had the pleasure of meeting the first owner of the Galu 24 yrs ago when he was a Charterer of the boat I worked on.

At the end of the Charter he gave us a nice tip and then invited us to his home and arranged party for the crew.

He was one of the nicest Charter guests I have had the pleasure of encountering.

I too remember when Mr.G bought the boat. When she was first brought into San Remo, the family almost skipped onboard with exitement, nice to see.

She is now for sale at 8.5 mil Euros - which is remarkable when you consider she was offered at 20 mil USD after a major refit in 2007.

Even so, that's just a tad outside my price range - which is a shame because she's a lovely vessel.
