When I first scrolled down it was the Wolfsburg Number plate that caught my eye, it wasn't till later I saw the VW Symbol. Wolfsburg is the home of VW.
What is the name of the Hamburg Co that has developed it?
There is quite some difference about when it was first revealed, approved by the board and how much it will cost here in this article from June last year.
