i am impressed as well... The layout is great, especially the aft deck. huge!! Very few things to complain about. I am not too crazy about the fairly low freeboard for a boat that size. One thing that takes a while getting used to is a noticeable "shudder" when you hit a wake or wave at a certain angle (arodn 30 or 40 deg off the bow...
We ran into short and steep 4 footers the other night going up the Ches. (30kts on the bow), took heavy spray over the slkylounge...only running 10kts so no problem although obvioulsy, it's not a Hatt :-)
Acceleration with the 1400 cats is impressive.. from the skylounge you barely hear anything just a smooth and quick acceleration.
NYCap... we're going to stop on the CT shore tonight, leaving NY around 1pm... we topped off in cape may, 4.29, not too bad and the pump was open till 8pm.
