DYT and The Billfish Foundation: Dockwise Yacht Transport is a unique company that specializes in the transportation of luxury yachts across oceans with their fleet of semi-submersible float on floar off vessels. DYT has now partnered with The Billfish Foundation (TBF) in an effort to help preserve billfish populations around the world.
The Billfish Foundation is the only non-profit organization that caters to this preservation of the fish-type stock. The entire combination of persons range from anglers, captains, clubs to tournament directors and mates as well as the sportsfishing business who are in the Foundation.
According to President of The Billfish Foundation, Ellen Peel, "It is a pleasure to see Dockwise Yacht Transport willing to put such an emphasis on the importance of conservation in the marine industry." The President continued by saying that "they set an example by giving back to the resource, and without the support of businesses like them we could never hope to accomplish our goal of keeping billfish in the water for future generations of anglers to enjoy."
