Alexandar V is a new yacht underconstruction by ISA and is being built upon the successful platform of the seven-model 47M series.The Alexandar V is 48M in length and is being called a special edition of the 47M series even though it technically will not belong to the series.
The Walter Franchini design is touted to be a genuine departure from tradition. A beautifully designed stern coupled with the trademark aft staircase interact with all decks, giving easy access.
As ISA puts it, the 480 will be a highly innovative project. The style of the vessel was partially chosen at the time and as a result more details will be forthcoming. The Alexandar V is expected to be launched in Summer 2008.
