What sort of deadrise does she have aft ?
Any sprayrails that run all the way aft to the transom ?
Do you have prop tunnels ?
How far forward from the transom are the rudders....say to the trailing edge ?
What sort of distance do you have from the prop blades to the leading edge of rudder ...say as a fraction of prop diameter ?
Do you have any running trim issues, such as excessively flat, or excessively stern down at speed ?
What sort of rudders are they....totally flat plate, aerofoil section or wedged section ?
Do they have cavitation plates ?
You could see some lift at the stern at speed by toeing the rudders out on leading edges, depending on a few factors, and conversely see the stern sink down slightly at speed by toeing the rudders in on leading edges....Answering the above will allow a more considered answer
