But how much do they cost to buy? How many crew do they need? How much fuel do they burn? How much in annual maintenance? It never ceases to amaze me that all this sort of information is displayed when you're shopping for a fridge-freezer at Walmart or wherever. And they offer a full 5 year warranty for a small additional payment.
Yet when it comes to superyachts...?!

PS. Whatever happens to the old models that never get built, do they simply gather dust in some back-office storage space? Only, I wouldn't mind one of them on my bookshelf instead. That way also, my day-dreaming might have more substance...?!
