PLAN B is a former Australian Navy hydrographic vessel built in 1973 At Williamstown Naval yard as HMAS FLINDERS and decommissioned in 1998 following a successful career. She was purchased by a New Zealand couple who had her completely rebuilt a few years ago into a luxury yacht in New Zealand over a 2 year period and named FLINDERS. Around 2006 she was sold and named PLAN B. The new owner had her refit at the Atlantic Drydock, Jacksonville as an expedition yacht.
