Here's a couple pictures of my 1980 58' Bertram convertible. It's a solid fiberglass hull with an aluminum superstructure. Between the 17 degree transom deadrise and 85,000 pounds, the ride is excellent even in significant seas. We've put thousands of open ocean miles on this old girl without any (significant) probems.
