Although I can't locate it, I recall a thread on chauvinism within the industry. No doubt, Teenna's photo is intriguing, but c'mon, there are a lot of interesting, educated, and enthusiastic women in the marine industry from stews, captains, marine business owners to yacht owners. The lack of a face behind a name allows one to be intrigued without the superficial categorizing (for example, if Teenna were a blonde, would she be taken as seriously?)
I don't object to Teenna being the exception to the rule or admin's prerogative, but this is too professional a forum for calling an intelligent woman "a pretty young thing". Sorry Carl, I think this is the first time I've picked on you ;-)
