Wasn't trying to be sarcastic, so don't know why that tone in response. I never met the guy, never said I did. But there have been cases where people spouted off on the internet thinking they had the first amendment of free speech, only to find a defamation lawsuit at their door. And if he is "shady" (take a look at his website, selling diet pills and other things), those are the ones who will sue first and ask questions later.
BTW, I try to be PC because it saves a lot of heartache and BS down the line.
Also, I am in a position to spout off about someone who did me wrong financially, but my lawyer told me not to, so I speak from some experience.
And if this is the Simon Sez from Miami, the "tube", you couldn't pay me enough to take the wheel.
