Not too bad, remember that it is you who are the designer, not the program

It doesnīt matter if you are designing on a napkin or in Catia or other high end 3D-programs. The beauty of Freehand is that it is intuitive as when you draw by hand, still have the precision of the most expensive programs.

And it goes pretty fast when you have learnt to use it. Must say however that after Freehand version 8, I am not so happy and the latest, MX is really bad...

I donīt know exactly the size of your design, 30-40 feet?

As an example in this size, here is a classic 33-footer with a pretty useful interior. Everything is measured on screen, as you can read out in the bar above while working.

So your next step should be to try getting the interior in and then you can adjust the exterior until it all looks good!
