we are trying to get a small motor yacht registered in Croatia. It has to be registered Croatia Flag for charter purposes there. The yacht was built in Greece in 1975 and was Greek Flag. The Croatia registry wants to have a builders certificate but we dont have that also the Greek yard is long gone.

anybody know a way around this problem?
