Check for dissimilar metals in your plumbing that are not isolated. If you see corrosion around the threads then I would be kind of concerned and spraying lubricants on it will do next to nothing for you.
Corrosion Block, great stuff BTW, is not a long term corrosion preventative especially for plumbing. There are other products for that.
One product (I can not remember the name of) is like a greased cloth that that you wrap around the plumbing fittings and it allows no moisture in. I see it used a lot on jet drive vessels with hydraulic hoses and fittings near the water line.
