I've seen Mr. Chamber's yacht a few times from the water. But yes, he is New Englands Largest car dealer...I believe that he started out by selling copy machines and now is a millionaire. If your lucky, in the summer, you can see his yacht at home on the CT River in Connecticut. Nice boat!
