Monaco, May 12, 2008 – Cyrus Yachts is preparing to launch its next vessel, a 34m semi-custom “retro-styled” motor yacht in June 2008. Cyrus Yachts truly represents the “best of all worlds”… supervision and overall shipyard management by the famous Vitters Shipyard of the Netherlands; experienced and precise Dutch engineering and Naval Architecture by Peter van Oossanen; brilliant styling / design by René van der Velden and built by talented craftspeople who, for centuries have understood the “real” meaning of quality shipbuilding.

Founded in 2004, this “boutique” shipyard won a major industry award and received four other award nominations on their very first vessel, The Cyrus 33m, "Angel of Joy". The achievements attained by Cyrus Yachts in a very short period of time are truly remarkable thanks to the determination of the savvy and experienced Cyrus Team including management and quality control driven by Vitters, long recognized for consistently producing “award-winning” vessels.

The soon to be launched Cyrus 34m, has several unique attributes including the use of “magic glass” or privacy glass in the Owner’s office, a dark tempered glass cover in the wheel house and dome cover on the flybridge. This serves to protect the electronic equipment and gives a sleek, clean appearance to the dashboard when not in use.

The interior is spacious and modern integrating magnificent Wengé and Anigré woods with floating stainless steel inlay accents. Although built as a series, a new owner may chose between a minimalist, classic-contemporary or traditionally-styled interior décor. All models are available with a broad range of custom options to suit personal preferences. Cyrus Yachts offer a series of semi-custom yachts ranging from 30m-42m.
