MondoMarine launches 41-meter megayacht "Okko"
Last week Italian yard MondoMarine launched their latest luxury yacht, the 41-meter "Okko". She has an interior that is classically contemporary done by Giorgio Vafiadis. Her exterior lines were also drawn up by Vafiadis.
Okko generally share a similar hull to other 41-meter vessels MondoMarine has built in the past but her superstructure and overall design puts her a cut above the others.
At the yard while in construction she was known as hull number C18-7. She is a tri-deck megayacht with accommodation for five suites. The main deck is host for the owner's stateroom while the lower deck is dedicated for guest accommodation where four cabins are situated, two VIP-type rooms and two other doubles.
Okko is expected to have a top speed of 16-knots and a range of 3,000 nautical miles at her cruising speed of 14-knots. Delivery of the new MondoMarine is slated for July. Later in the year
Okko will be presented at the 2012 edition of the Monaco Yacht Show (MYS).
