Vicem 46-meter megayacht soon ready to launch
Vicem Yachts is currently working on finishing building the first Vulcan 46-meter megayacht at its yard in Antalya in Turkey. With this new 46m Vulcan yacht the company enters the composite mega yacht segment.
The yacht features exterior and naval architecture by Frank Mulder and interior design by Art-Line Interiors and is designed to be lighter and faster than the industry standard. Superyacht Vulcan 46 will achieve a maximum speed of 25 knots and 4,000 Nm at 12 knots. The vessel is scheduled for launch next month and will be present at the 2012 Monaco Yacht Show.
The new yacht from the Vulcan Line of Vicem is the top of the range. The Vulcan Line is a celebration of Vicem’s entry into the mega-yacht world. The new series is represented by the 46m, the 35m Tri-Deck and the 32m RPH (Raised Pilot House). All three of these yachts are expected to be launched in 2012.
