Blubay launches 95' "Mashua Bluu" sailing catamaran
The Blubay 95-foot "Mashua Bluu" was launched and is actually soon to be completed. The Mashua Bluu
is a near sister to te 92-foot "Rafoly", also by Blubay. The luxury sailing catamaran has a classification Bureau Veritas / MCA with a design by Coste Design.
According to Coste, the construction has been in aluminum. The 95-foot vessel has a beam of 42.8-feet with a draught of about 6.5-feet on the hulls. Top speed is around 18 knots with an effective cruising range of 1,100 nautical miles compliments twin 335-horse power engines and two 3,000 LT capacity fuel tanks.
She has a 75-tonne light displacement that surely will aid in her sailing performance. Apparently she was finished at JFA's yard and is set to be completed so that her owner(s) can use her in the Summer period in the Mediterranean.
